About Integral Community
We are not alone, we are all interconnected and interdependent. Our human evolution has brought about a high degree of individuation. This was a very necessary step. It is now time to bring ourselves back into the collective fold, without letting go of our unique and authentic nature, but dropping our egoic identity that separates us from each other and resists any real evolutionary community from forming. Integral Community embraces All of Life – from parenting, education, ecology, business, leadership, to health, spiritual and psychodynamic insight and practice. Coming together to serve a higher purpose, namely the evolution of consciousness itself and to bring this ever-evolving consciousness into action so that it can make a real difference here and now, requires us to engage and develop skills and capacities in the areas of communication, servant leadership, conscious ethical business, ecological awareness, shadow work, conflict resolution, sustainable food and energy production, healthcare etc. It is a endeavor that is all-encompassing. And its success rests upon each of us. It is humbling to understand that to take a next step in the evolution of consciousness may very well ask us to get together, to depend on each other, and create authentic, heart-mind-body-soul-spirit centered sangha. What is our development and growing edge as a collective? What doors can collective intelligence, facilitated through sacred truthful generative dialogue bring forth?. What wisdom and direction may we access when we put our hearts and minds together in service to the Greater Whole? Exciting times, great opportunities, and humbling challenges. Collaboration instead of competition, synergy instead of living with our separate nuclear bubbles of existence await us. To step into the next stage of community we need to let go of who we think we are and become simply and truly who we have always and forever will be.
